Registration terms
Delegate numbers are limited and sold on a first come first served basis. All reservations are subject to availability. In the event that a booking application is received and no further places are available, we will provide a full refund.

A guaranteed reservation will be made upon receipt of an online booking form paid by credit card online, If paying by invoice, payments must be received as per our payment terms on 30 days and payment must be received prior to the conference for discounts to apply and admission to the event. Bookings made online indicate acceptance of these terms.

Invoices not settled before the start of the conference will prevent entrance from the conference, unless payment is made by credit card on the day. Please note any discount applicable will be null and void and a administrative surcharge of £50 + vat / delegate will be applicable.

Cancellation policy
Written cancellations received four weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £150.00 +VAT per delegate, after this time, no refunds will be given, but a substitute delegate can be made. Substitutions may be made at any time.

The organisers reserve the right in the event of unforeseen circumstances to alter the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

Force Majeure
Save for the obligations of payment, neither party shall be liable to the other for any loss or damage arising due to failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond that party’s reasonable control.
